How to Play Green Leprechauns

Place leprechauns onto the grid to turn the whole area green. The following are the rules:
1) A leprechaun will turn all the blocks it sees green. It can see all blocks on the same row or column, but it cannot see through shamrocks
2) The leprechauns must not see each other
3) If a shamrock is marked with a number, the number of leprechauns in the horizontally and vertically adjacent blocks must be the same
4) You can mark a square which does not contain a leprechaun with a cross
